Please note that because we provide digital delivery of our products and services, refunds are only available up to the proof stage of your purchase. Once you approve a proof, the transaction is considered final and no refunds are available.
If you are not satisfied with your proofs or you have changed your mind on your purchase prior to getting to the proof stage, please contact us to coordinate a refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
