Here is (almost) everything you need to fill the spreadsheet we gave you.
Important note: If you don’t find any of the options below that matches your bottle, we can customize it, at no extra charge! We’ll make sure you images looks just like the bottles in real life or better!

1 – Select your shape & packaging

2 – Choose your glass color
if applicable)
3 – Tell us about your closure
Don’t see yours? Simply send us a quality image.
Pick your capsule colours, give us a color reference, or upload your custom capsule artwork:
4 – Specify your beer color
Don’t hesitate to add some descriptive adjectives too, such as: cloudy, highly carbonated, etc.
5 – Pick your paper stock or let us know if your design is silk printed instead
We can match any paper stock outside this selection & have at our disposal industry samples to refer to (Fasson, Manter, UPM, etc.) .
6 – Describe your label finishes
See some of the most common examples below, or let us know any finish & foil/hotstamp you need outside of this selection.
We have at our disposal industry’s swatches to refer to (Luxor, Crown, Foilco, etc.) .
7 – Tell us if you have a neck label
Or any other label on the front of the package for that matter. Make sure to include it when you upload your artworks in the last step of the process!
8 – Specify your label position
From the bottom of the glass: what is the distance to the artwork?
An estimate in either inches or centimetres is fine!
9 – Anything else we should know?
Don’t hesitate to add any extra info about your beer and its packaging! Any and everything that makes your bottles unique, and helps us nail the picture-perfect shots right at the gate
10 – Choose your beer glass (add-on)
Pick from the selection below or email us an image of your glass while telling us its height too.
You can also supply us with your logo/artwork to apply on top (can be color silk screened or etched).

11 – Describe each head (for glass add-on)
For an accurate render in the glass, please let us know more about the frothy foam on top of the liquid.
By default, we fill the glass to the rim, let us know if you wish it otherwise.
10 – Upload your artwork
Please use the DropBox link we supplied in your email send us your high-resolution artworks.
Simply drag and drop the files onto your browser window! Easy peasy!
What files should you send?
High quality Illustrator (.ai) or PDF files only.
JPG and PNG are unfortunately not suitable formats for the best quality images (especially the beauty shot). Alternatively, we can contact your printer or designer on your behalf and get everything from them directly.
